Omlet pieczony z tarte Czaniecki


Zrobimy sobie omlecik,ale inny. Taki bardziej syty i elegancki. Nie ograniczymy się do samej patelni, my go jeszcze włożymy do piekarnika i zapieczemy z mozarellą.

Składniki
-tarte Czaniecki ugotowane
-jaja
-mozarella
-seler naciowy
-ser żółty
-bazylia
-oregano
-pomidory suszone z czarnuszką i czosnkiem niedzwiedzim Skworcu

Jaja zmiksuj z selerem naciowym, jeśli nie masz, może być natka pietruszki, posól do smaku.
Masę jajeczną wlej do ugotowanego makaronu Czaniecki i wymieszaj. 


Rozgrzej patelnię i dodaj trochę masła.


Wylej masę i usmaż szybko omlet ale tylko po jednej stronie.
Zsuń omlet do naczynia, np.na formę do tarty.



Posyp bazylią, oregano i suszonymi pomidorami.



Na wierzch poukładaj plastry mozarelli.


Włóż do nagrzanego piekarnika na 200 stopni, i upiecz omlet.

Pokrój na trójkąty, podawaj z chlebem.
